1. Shipping Locations

United States: We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

U.S. Territories: We also service Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories.

Military Addresses: We gladly ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International: We currently do not offer international shipping. Customers outside the U.S. should place orders through the relevant region’s website or authorized channels.

2. Carriers & Estimated Delivery Times

: We use USPS and UPS as our primary carriers.

: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

: Once shipped, packages generally take in transit.

3. Shipping Rates

Orders Under $75: Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier at checkout, based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Orders Over $75: Free standard shipping is automatically applied to your order.

4. Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

You can use the provided tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery directly through the carrier’s website.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or you experience any other issue with delivery, please contact us at kpsecommerce@kps-usa.com as soon as possible.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve any problems with your shipment.

6. Signature Requirements

We do not require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that your designated delivery location is secure.
